- It is advisable that you ALWAYS carry a long rope with you to tow your jetski from the beach if required.
Buoyancy aids and lanyards (if installed) must be worn at all times when on the water.
The local authority rules and code of conduct must be obeyed at all times
The gate is to be locked immediately after use.
No PWC is to be operated under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Towed inflatable toys are to only be used 200m off shore and kept clear of the inshore zones unless launching or recovering.
All craft to be operated in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
No PWC is to be started unless on beach.
A member may allow a guest access through the gate with the prior permission of the committee. The guest must abide by all local authority and club rules.
Guests can come onto the beach if their insurance documents have been checked by 2 committee members.
All accidents/incidents involving club members must be reported to the club and the coastal warden as soon as possible.
All associated motor vehicles must be operated in a safe manner at all times.
A respect policy between all club members must be adhered to at all times. Any breaking of this rule will mean the club member being asked to attend a committee meeting explaining their behaviour. The committee has the final say in these instances.
A yellow and red card system will be used to deal with any problem issues with club members. The committee has the final say in these instances.
Any persons who are banned from other watercraft clubs in the area will automatically be banned from Blyth PWC club. The length of this ban is at the discretion of the committee.
